Nothing is missing

“Do something every day

it almost doesn’t matter what you do

Your interests will lead you there and it will dramatically improve your life

Habits are good

they can allow you to background process certain things

but we also unconsciously pick up habits and keep them for decades and don’t realize they’re bad for us

I don’t have time is just another way of saying it’s not a priority

Today I believe that happiness is really a default state,

when you remove the sense that something is missing in your life.

Not trapped in the web of desires …….
I NEED THIS, I NEED THAT, I NEED THIS, I NEED THAT, I NEED THIS, I NEED THAT

Happiness is the state when NOTHING IS MISSING

And when nothing is missing, your mind shuts down

And in that absence for the moment, you have internal silence

When you have that internal silence,

Then you are content and happy”
